BALENCIAGA X NFS
On July 11, 2024, Balenciaga launches a multi-pronged collaboration with the racing video game Need for Speed Mobile featuring connected merchandise and in-game content—part of a partnership with TiMi Studio Group and Tencent, with official license granted by Electronic Arts (EA).
Balenciaga | Need for Speed Mobile’s in-game content includes several custom car liveries designed by the House and Balenciaga character looks selected by Demna, as well as decals and locations to be discovered within the Need for Speed Mobile world: a reproduction of Balenciaga’s architecturally unique London flagship, a sneak preview of its forthcoming Shanghai Taikoo Hui flagship, and graffiti-covered walls.
The collaboration’s in-game content is exclusively available in China online and will be released in other regions later this year. Physical, connected merchandise from the series is exclusively available in select Balenciaga stores in China and on balenciaga.cn.
